Comments on the season finale – and the entire past season of Lost? <\/em>There are a lot of levels to figure out here – the technicalities of exactly what is going on with the island – does the mystic\/vaguely spiritual\/redemptive  vibe still beat? I have to dash off and take Michael the Baby for his 18-month check-up, but I’ll just start by saying that the two most heart-rending moments for me were Desmond’s (apparent) self-sacrifice, emboldened by the knowledge that he is loved , and Locke’s "I – was – wrong."
