There’s no real, extreme dearth of qyuality contemporary fiction that involves Catholic themes, settings and sensibilities. It’s there. When I emerge from this book, I’ll prepare a post with some examples. But the question at Jim’s blog is about Catholic publishers and adult fiction. In the past, Catholic publishers did <\/em>publish fiction, but really no longer, with the exception of Ignatius and the O’Brien books. Amy has written columns for Our Sunday Visitor and Catholic News Service at times over the past twenty years. Amy has five children, ranging in age from 26 to 4 and was married to Michael Dubruiel, who died unexpectedly in February 2009.
