I don&#8217;t have but a couple copies on hand and really do not feel like ordering more right now. I can say that, because that wasn&#8217;t my job. You can get the gist of them from the bookstore page, and see some reviews on the Amazon page. Amy has five children, ranging in age from 26 to 4 and was married to Michael Dubruiel, who died unexpectedly in February 2009.
