I find the places for our sit-a-longs each day, mostly because there is an internet connection there (they take some hunting to find) or because it connects in some way to the theme of the sitting.<\/div>\n

But I don’t choose places because they are exciting or interesting. In fact, my point in sitting in different places is quite the opposite, that we can sit Zazen EVERYWHERE! A quiet place to sit is within us and outside too.<\/div>\n

I want to say that every place, and everything, is a treasure or sacred. Even when we do not feel it so.<\/div>\n
