Should Buddhists engage in protests? Is it in keeping with our Precepts?<\/p>\n<p>In fact, should we hold political views at all, knowing that all such views, and human opinions, are ultimately illusion? And if so, which political views are Buddhist &#8216;Right&#8217; views? Can we hold views and drop views too?<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: right;\">The Buddhist Peace Fellowship, a society for &#8216;Engaged Buddhism&#8217;, has published these policies on civil disobedience:<br \/>. <strong><\/strong><\/div>\n<p class=\"content\"><span style=\"font-size:85%;\">Civil                disobedience will be conducted with a spiritual posture of respectfulness,                in line with the <i>Fellowship of Reconciliation Pledge of Resistance<\/i>.
