Our community, and these meditation sittings, are all meant especially for folks who wish to sit Zazen (<i>Zen style meditation<\/i>) together with others, but can&#8217;t do so easily:&nbsp; maybe due to health concerns, living in remote areas,&nbsp; super busy work schedules, childcare and family needs and such.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->So those folks can sit here with me each day (or <b>most days<\/b> &#8230; the camera and internet doesn&#8217;t always cooperate). In fact, <font style=\"FONT-SIZE: 1.25em\"><b>everyone<\/b><\/font> who wants to sit Zazen with me is Welcome! Pull up a cushion!<\/p>\n<p>Now, some people may feel strange about our sitting Zazen together over the internet, with me &#8220;<i>here<\/i>&#8221; and them over &#8220;<i>there<\/i>&#8220;, probably continents apart.
