We are constantly on the go. We don&#8217;t seem to stop for very long when we do take a minute to relax.<\/p>\n<p>I try to use the metro rail to get to places. It beats being stuck in traffic and challenging my nerves on some of the busy highways. It&#8217;s an opportunity, as well, to see different people.<\/p>\n<p>Next time you are able to take public transportation somewhere, take a minute to breathe and accept the ride. Then take some time to look around. You may find someone who needs prayers just as much as you.
