It&#8217;s hard to believe that it has been 17 years since there was the Y2K craziness. Time moves so <a href=\"http:\/\/www.beliefnet.com\/columnists\/throughthelensoffaith\/files\/2016\/11\/IMG_6298-e1480906585708.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-739 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/wp-media.beliefnet.com\/sites\/388\/2016\/11\/IMG_6298-e1480906585708-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_6298\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a>quickly. I always heard when I was growing up that as you get older time moves faster. If that&#8217;s the case, I must be really old because it&#8217;s flying by!<\/p>\n<p>Have you hit the ground running into this new year? Is it starting out with a rapid rush or are you able to take things a little slower after the holiday rush?<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve always tried to make new year&#8217;s resolutions. They usually last only a day if I&#8217;m lucky. But perhaps this year the focus for all of us can be taking a few breaths each day, saying a prayer and enjoying the moments around us.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s 2017.
