Just driving down the highway makes me\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.beliefnet.com\/columnists\/throughthelensoffaith\/files\/2016\/05\/IMG_3153.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-575 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/wp-media.beliefnet.com\/sites\/388\/2016\/05\/IMG_3153-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_3153\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a>realize how fast we are pushing through. I want to slow down. But how do you keep a slower pace in the midst of the speedways of life?<\/p>\n<p>Taking time in the morning or evening can help. Take a minute before you hop in the shower to breathe in and out. It&#8217;s something I need to remember just as much as the next person. Maybe that will help as we drive on the highway.<\/p>\n<p>Maybe we ought to take a lesson from the slower walkers and crawlers.
