\"arching\"<\/a>When life is stressful, it’s so much easier to look down at your feet or hang your head in weariness. I’ve done it myself. Stress makes me want to turn inward. Which, turning inward can be a good thing when it’s nurturing our spiritual growth.<\/p>\n

But I think it’s good to look up once in awhile. There’s a different air up there! And it’s good to gaze heavenward. It can be a reminder that we need to rely on God at all times, especially when we are seeing the effects of so much stress in our lives.<\/p>\n
