But sometimes I appreciate that more than others. In some ways, having to look up can give you a new perspective. When I look at this statue of Mary in a grotto from a retreat center I visited, I appreciated having to look up.<\/p>\n<p>Looking up can help when you are really focused on something troubling and it can provide different way of looking at things. Sometimes you can get so focused inward that you miss what God might be telling you.<\/p>\n<p>How often do you look up? Who do you look up to?
