Maybe we get wrapped up in what people think of us &#8212; that can certainly take up a lot of energy and stress.<\/p>\n<p>I know I tend to get wrapped up in worry. I worry for my friends and family and worry about how things are going to go, even if I know n my head I have no control over the outcomes of most of the stuff I get wrapped up in.<\/p>\n<p>What wraps you around? Take some time to think about what it is and see if you can wrap your faith around it and let go even a little.
