I find I want to spend more time with friends than in quiet, but I am trying to find the opportunities to let myself be in silence. It&#8217;s not easy when quiet can scare you instead of bring you peace.\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-medium wp-image-445 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/wp-media.beliefnet.com\/sites\/388\/2016\/01\/wine-glasses-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"wine glasses\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p>\n<p>But to find this balance we can find our glasses of faith full. By opening ourselves up to the gift of conversation, we can learn things to take back to our silent prayer. By opening ourselves up to the gift of silence, we can make our conversations deeper and our cups fuller.<\/p>\n<p>Consider who in your life fills your cup?
