It&#8217;s either due to misspelling words or typing too fast for the computer to register. Or it&#8217;s just from not liking the word I just typed or thinking something could be better. Some days I hit the delete key more than actually get any writing done!<\/p>\n<p>I wonder, though, if in our spiritual lives there is a delete button? Not to delete any of the good things that nourish our spiritual lives, but maybe one that can delete things in our journey that sidetrack us from our journey or that we don&#8217;t need in our lives anymore.<\/p>\n<p>What would you use the delete button for? Consider if there are patterns of behavior or experience that seem to interfere with your spiritual life.
