\"IMG_0129\"<\/a>So much of life is a pattern. Our days are filled with patterns of rising, going to work or school, feeding the family and trying to rest after a long day.<\/p>\n

It’s possible that there are patterns to faith, as well. Do you have a routine way of praying? Perhaps you sit in a comfy chair, light a candle and absorb the peaceful surroundings? Do you go to church and pray in the silence?<\/p>\n

Patterns in faith can also include noticing how your faith is stronger in good times and may not always be as strong when things are challenging. Perhaps when times are challenging you could turn your attention to those patterns of prayer in your life to see what might work now and what can be adapted to help.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
