I know I do. Our days are filled with so many things to do, places to visit and especially during the holidays, there are more things to do.<\/p>\n<p>When you get unfocused in your life, it follows that your spiritual life can become unfocused, as well.<\/p>\n<p>It is important to\u00a0stick to the point and breathe deeply.
