We need to find the place where we feel safe and calm.<\/p>\n<p>So much in our lives are hectic. There are meetings to plan and attend, there are sports to take the children to and from. So many things press down on our time and energy.<\/p>\n<p>How do you relax? If you find sitting with a nice cup of coffee, alone in the morning, relaxing, then take time to do so. But add prayer to it. Pray that you will feel calm and collected during the hurried times of life.
