If I have a lot on my mind or if I am struggling with something, I tend to keep my head down, watching only where my feet are going.<\/p>\n<p>I can forget that there is sky and beauty and other ways of looking at things.<\/p>\n<p>We need to look upward every once in awhile, especially in our faith life.
