Or maybe you have a statue of a favorite saint that you look at. I think it is helpful to have focal points.<\/p>\n<p>Sometimes focal points can change. They can start to feel static and don&#8217;t provide the same sort of focus as before. It is okay, then, to find another focal point. Since this is a photo blog, you can see I tend to either take photos or look at photos as focal points.<\/p>\n<p>What is your focal point right now?
