So it’s that time of year again – the holiday season<\/p>\n
Even if you don’t celebrate Christmas it’s the holiday spirit that’s important.<\/p>\n
Everybody is usually in a better mood, getting ready for a New Year and spending time with family, that’s what makes it so special<\/p>\n
So be merry, be happy and spread the holiday cheer, it will make you feel better and create a lot of positive energy.<\/p>\n
Pick up on the positive energy coming from others and avoid all those downers who complain about the holiday season, who complain about having<\/p>\n
to buy gifts or going shopping.<\/p>\n
That’s really not what it’s about.
\nIt’s just about being in a good mood and enjoying all the positive energy all around you.<\/p>\n
We never celebrated Christmas and still don’t. Instead, we choose to celebrate the holiday and soak in all that positive energy.<\/p>\n
We spend as much time as we can with friends, family and loved ones. The goal is always to raise our vibration and spread a lot of happiness, after all it’s the time to be merry \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
So during this holiday season push yourself to be happy.
\nAs the New Year approaches, look back and focus on the success or accomplishments that came about.<\/p>\n
Think of all the good things, all the new friends you made, all the awesome people you met, all the positive changes you made and of course all the progress you made.<\/p>\n
Sometimes it’s easy to look at all that went wrong or what didn’t work out.
\nThat’s only because your mind is used to thinking about all the negative things that happened.<\/p>\n
So if that happens push yourself to think about the positive events and the good things that happened and you’ll end up creating a lot of positive energy which you can carry forward into the New Year.<\/p>\n
Take a moment to spend time with close friends and family, show them your appreciation and share your love for them and you’ll attract more positive people who will help you in the future.<\/p>\n
Do something you enjoy, treat yourself to something special – you deserve it because you are a special person with a special and unique gift to share.<\/p>\n
