With Queenly aplomb. \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>May you live as a Fully Realized Woman.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>With blessings of new beginnings,<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>xxQueen Mama Donna<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Meditation for the Fully Realized Woman<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>By <a href=\"http:\/\/www.worlddancefitness.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Karen Andes<\/a>, CA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I am a BEAUTIFUL WOMAN,<\/p>\n<p>with a beauty that doesn&#8217;t wash off.<\/p>\n<p>I earned it, unearthed it,<\/p>\n<p>rescued it like a jewel in the dust,<\/p>\n<p>picked it up and made it shine.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For years, I did not see it,<\/p>\n<p>though I sensed it was there.<\/p>\n<p>Now it dazzles and thrives.<\/p>\n<p>I am healthy, capable, independent,<\/p>\n<p>strong yet still so fragile, floored by a sigh.<\/p>\n<p>My body is that of a creator<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 angles meeting curves, hardness drifting into soft.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I am mother, daughter, sister, lover to myself.<\/p>\n<p>Embraceable and brave, I extend my heart.<\/p>\n<p>My body is home, my home a shrine to life,<\/p>\n<p>comfortable, warm and rich with treasures.<\/p>\n<p>Mine is the scent of hit spices caught in a breeze,<\/p>\n<p>mine the laughter that wings through the door.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I share myself only with those who honor me as I am<\/p>\n<p>and protect myself, my house, and my time from invaders.<\/p>\n<p>I search for my center in the midst of chaos,<\/p>\n<p>practice peace as wild dogs clamor in my mind.<\/p>\n<p>I use power for the greater good,<\/p>\n<p>release rage in neutral settings,<\/p>\n<p>with no one innocent in the line of fire.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I am learning how to persist and when to let go,<\/p>\n<p>am willing to feel all emotion stop their depths and exaltations,<\/p>\n<p>to wake up in every nerve<\/p>\n<p>and no longer am afraid of my life.<\/p>\n<p>Both my beauty and strength<\/p>\n<p>transcend age, time, and perhaps even this lifetime.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Each day I am new, yet more at home in myself.<\/p>\n<p>Moment by moment, I create my world<\/p>\n<p>*****<\/p>\n<p>Donna Henes is the author of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thequeenofmyself.com\" target=\"_blank\">The Queen of My Self: Stepping into Sovereignty in Midlife<\/a>.
