You Think You Are Not Enough<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

You think<\/p>\n

You are not enough.<\/p>\n

And so that what you do<\/p>\n

is never enough.<\/p>\n

I think the story<\/p>\n

“I am not enough”<\/p>\n

is a lie.<\/p>\n

And I am wondering<\/p>\n

why we,<\/p>\n

intelligent lovely brave<\/p>\n

souls that we are<\/p>\n

would go on<\/p>\n

believing a lie?<\/p>\n

And so today<\/p>\n

is a day for miracles<\/p>\n

and the shedding<\/p>\n

of old stories<\/p>\n

and I am wondering<\/p>\n

who is ready to shed<\/p>\n

that one?<\/p>\n

Or another one?<\/p>\n

Ready. Set. Go.<\/p>\n

When you are done<\/p>\n

with that<\/p>\n

you can join me<\/p>\n

in inventing a new story.<\/p>\n

One where we choose<\/p>\n

ourselves right where we<\/p>\n

are. Regardless.<\/p>\n

And choose to tell the truth<\/p>\n

about ourselves to ourselves<\/p>\n

and others.<\/p>\n

The truth is<\/p>\n

we are more wonderful<\/p>\n

than we can imagine<\/p>\n

and it is nothing short<\/p>\n

of a miracle<\/p>\n

that we were born.<\/p>\n

We have lived long enough<\/p>\n

thinking not enough<\/p>\n

is a way of being.<\/p>\n

It’s not.<\/p>\n

A way of being<\/p>\n

is to love the fragile<\/p>\n

sometimes broken<\/p>\n

confused and still<\/p>\n

glorious self that<\/p>\n

we are. A way<\/p>\n

of being is to<\/p>\n

re-invent from this moment<\/p>\n

a story about who you are<\/p>\n

that you love to tell.<\/p>\n

Tell yourself the truth<\/p>\n

about you.<\/p>\n

It is time.<\/p>\n
