The Power Of Awakening Your Authentic Soul<\/b>

Our authentic soul is the part of us that is eternal and longs to express itself in it’s own unique way here on earth. It is our expanded\/higher consciousness, an extension of Source — Infinite Intelligence — God\/ess. It is the source of wisdom, inner peace, well being, joy, love, truth, and all Divine qualities.
 
It is our innocent, pure spirit self that we were born with and moved away from. At its very essence our inner wise woman is the magical blend or marriage between our authentic self and our soul which expresses itself in it’s highest potential. <\/p>\n

It operates from the “middle way” as referred to in many spiritual traditions. It operates with the eyes of non-judgment – including and allowing everything to exist vs. fighting it while using the contrast in our dualistic world to make choices and decisions without pushing against the contrast.
 
Instead of operating from “shoulds” when making decisions, it operates from a place of adventure, curiosity, awe, enchantment, and wonder. It dwells in the land of possibilities and potential.
 
In midlife our authentic souls create a stirring within us that we find impossible to ignore in the form of challenges, crisis, or waking up to the fact that we have been in denial or lost ourselves without even realizing it!
 
In midlife everything that is not in alignment with our authentic soul often makes itself obvious.
 
This is the Goddess is rising up within us wanting us to grant ourselves permission to show up for ourselves as we have been doing for others our entire lives. In order to do this we have to answer the call to awaken the authentic soul of our inner wise woman.
 
The world needs us, but only if we are whole and fulfilled with our cup running over. Then we can give fully and freely from our joy. If you continue to give without connecting with the authentic soul of your inner wise woman, you will not be able to do it for very much longer because you will continue to feel depleted.
 
Midlife is an amazing, but challenging opportunity to access your life force energy. Your energy is either being depleted or it is being fed. Your life is talking to you constantly. Are you listening? If not now when?
 
I challenge you to rise up and answer the wake up call of your authentic soul.<\/p>\n
