Blake Shelton recently recalled the first time he met his now-wife Gwen Stefani, saying she “wasn’t like any other famous person.” The former “The Voice” judge spoke about his wife while giving a speech at Stefani’s Hollywood Walk of Fame star ceremony where he said, \u201cThe first time that I ever met Gwen was in 2014. She wasn\u2019t like any other famous person I had ever met before.\u201d Shelton recounted his first impressions of Stefani saying, \u201cShe drove herself to work in a black minivan with car seats in it. She didn\u2019t roll in with security. She came in with a baby and two little boys \u2013 which at the time worked like security because at the time no one was going near [her]. It was chaos.\u201d He continued, \u201cIt was clear to me that she was a mother first and foremost over anything else in the world. That was her No. 1 job. Now, standing here almost 10 years later, after I first met her, I can say without question that being a mother is still the most important thing in her life. I got to tell you all that\u2019s rare in this business.\u201d The country star praised Stefani on her songwriting and performing skills saying, \u201cGwen has blessed a lot of people\u2019s lives\u2026You deserve this, and I love you.\u201d<\/p>\n
