The couple first shared news of Colette\u2019s birth in July 2025 with black-and-white hospital photos taken moments after she arrived.<\/p>\n<p>Soon after giving birth, Culpo reflected on the emotional experience of becoming a mother, calling childbirth \u201cthe scariest and most rewarding of all experiences.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Since stepping into motherhood, Culpo has also been candid about the challenges and fears that can come with balancing family life and a career. During an appearance on The Squeeze podcast last fall, she admitted that becoming a mother changed her perspective in a major way.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere\u2019s totally a shift,\u201d Culpo said. \u201cWhether or not you want there to be or not, you have somebody that\u2019s physically dependent on you. So I\u2019m not going to sugarcoat it. Yeah, it\u2019s scary.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Still, Culpo said she has found strength and support through her marriage to McCaffrey, who currently plays for the San Francisco 49ers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m so grateful that I have my husband because while I\u2019m totally working and I\u2019m doing everything in my power to keep working and I\u2019m so happy to have the opportunities that I have,\u201d she explained.<\/p>\n<p>She also spoke openly about how motherhood has reshaped her priorities.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLet\u2019s say they all went away \u2014 would I have the same ability 10, 12, 15, 20 years ago to light that fire up my butt when I have somebody who really needs me, which is my baby? No,\u201d Culpo said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd I would choose my baby 10 times over, obviously,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n<p>The couple first revealed they were expecting their first child in March 2025.
