Televangelist Benny Hinn and his wife, Suzanne, have finalized their divorce for the second time, though both sides insist their bond remains strong and rooted in faith.<\/p>\n

Suzanne Hinn filed for divorce in the summer of 2024 after the couple had reportedly been living in separate homes more than 60 miles apart. According to The Christian Post<\/em>, both sides described the split as amicable and personal, with no public disputes or accusations.<\/p>\n

Benny Hinn’s attorney, Damon Chase, emphasized that his client was not the one who initiated the filing and that the two still share a deep emotional and spiritual connection. “Benny Hinn and Suzanne Hinn still love each other with a deep, profound soulmate type of love, and they always have for years and years and years. They just got divorced,” Chase said. “It was personal feelings. It was something personal to them, but they did what they felt was right. They’re still very much in each other’s lives. And will always be in each other’s lives.”<\/p>\n

Chase added that the couple continues to pray together and remain united in their shared commitment to ministry. “There is no end to the relationship. They both love each other very much,” he said. “As you can see from reviewing the file, it was extremely amicable. They both will always be in each other’s lives, and like always, they’re very, very close.”<\/p>\n

While details of the court filings have not been made public, sources close to the couple say the split was handled quietly and respectfully, without contention or scandal.<\/p>\n

This marks the second time Benny and Suzanne have ended their marriage. The couple first wed in 1979 and share four children. In 2010, Suzanne filed for divorce in California, citing “irreconcilable differences” after 30 years of marriage. Around that time, tabloids published photos of Hinn with fellow televangelist Paula White, sparking rumors of an affair. Hinn denied the allegations, calling them false and hurtful.<\/p>\n

“No immorality whatsoever,” he told followers at a California crusade. “These people out there are making it sound like we had an affair. That’s a lie.” Hinn explained that he and White had traveled to Rome as part of an art patronage initiative connected to the Vatican, saying, “That was stupid on my part. And for that, I do ask forgiveness.”<\/p>\n

Two years later, Benny and Suzanne reconciled, crediting prayer, forgiveness, and renewed faith for their reunion. In a message shared in 2012, Benny Hinn revealed that Suzanne’s struggles with prescription drug dependency had deeply affected their marriage. “Suzanne started taking certain prescription medications to help her cope with some of her personal struggles. She became dependent on those for nearly 15 years,” he wrote. “As her husband, I did not know the extent of her reliance on these medications, nor did I fully understand just how much harm they were causing her.”<\/p>\n

Their reconciliation culminated in a 2013 remarriage ceremony held at the Holyland Experience in Orlando, Florida, attended by approximately 1,000 guests. The event was celebrated by many of Hinn’s followers as a testament to God’s power to restore broken relationships.<\/p>\n

Now, more than a decade later, the couple’s journey has taken another turn.
