But it is a reminder to Bill Maher that it&#8217;s not only religious zealots who are prone to insane violence.<br \/>\nIntriguingly, he also lists <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Other-Bible-Willis-Barnstone\/dp\/0060815981\/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&amp;s=books&amp;qid=1225200838&amp;sr=1-1\">&#8220;The Other Bible&#8221;,<\/a> which is described as a &#8220;comprehensive volume ancient, esoteric holy texts from Judeo-Christian tradition that were excluded from the official canon of the Old and New Testaments, including the Gnostic Gospels, the Dead Sea Scrolls, the Kabbalah, and several more.&#8221;  It&#8217;s both very spriitual and implicitly conspiratorial, a la Davinci Code.<br \/>\nFinally, he lists &#8220;God&#8217;s Debris,&#8221; a philosophy book of sorts by Scott Adams, the creator of the comic strip Dilbert.
