I have a teddy bear collection.\u00a0 I simply cannot resist their adorable faces.\u00a0 I used to have hundreds of them in 3 rooms of my house.\u00a0 When we moved to a smaller place 3 years ago, I had to downsize.\u00a0 Now I might have 100 left.\u00a0 I tried to keep only the ones with special meaning to me.\u00a0 That was difficult because there is a story behind each of them.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>What is it about teddy bears that makes them so irresistible?\u00a0 They are soft and cuddly, but even the ceramic ones are still “soft and cuddly”, at least in personality.\u00a0 Teddy bears make the greatest of friends.\u00a0 They never get mad at you.\u00a0 They never gossip.\u00a0 They never say mean things.\u00a0 And they are wonderful at keeping secrets.<\/p>\n

Each one has it’s own personality and physical appearance.\u00a0 They come in all colors and all sizes.\u00a0 They dress in many different ways, or maybe not at all.\u00a0\u00a0 Sounds like humans, doesn’t it?<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Sometimes a teddy bear can be your best friend.\u00a0 Although, it is hard to get an answer out of them.\u00a0 Though they are a bit more tight lipped than most of our human friends, still it’s a good to have a real flesh and blood friend or two.\u00a0 Having Jesus as our best friend is even better.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 He is always there and knows how to keep our secrets too.\u00a0 He will never fail or forsake us.\u00a0 He will never be misplaced like our teddy bear might.\u00a0 He loves us unconditionally and is always ready to hold us in His arms and let us cry.\u00a0 Jesus can be everywhere at once, so you can need Him at the same time I do and we both get His full attention.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I’ll keep my teddy bear\u00a0collection \u00a0just for the fun of it, but I Jesus will always be my best friend.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
