My dear friend Michele slipped into eternity on Wednesday, February 1. \u00a0 She was a remarkable woman who left a legacy of faith, determination, and love. For three years she courageously battled the ovarian cancer that eventually robbed her of her life. \u00a0A few days before she died, one of her doctors told Michele that she was an incredibly strong and brave woman. \u00a0With great difficulty, Michele mouthed the words “It is the Lord.” \u00a0This was her story, this was her song. \u00a0She knew that her Savior was the source of all of her strength and blessings.<\/p>\n

No guilt in life, no fear in death\u2014<\/em>

\nFrom life’s first cry to final breath,<\/em>
\nJesus commands my destiny.<\/em>

Michele’s suffering has ended, and for that I am so thankful. Still, I will miss her for the rest of my life here, under the sun. Please keep her dear husband, daughters, and family in your prayers.<\/p>\n
