Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) said in a statement. &#8220;We dropped end-of-life provisions from consideration entirely because of the way they could be misinterpreted and implemented incorrectly.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Unintended consequences?
