We call the stimulus package, Obama&#8217;s stimulus package because he got Congress to pass it but we all know the details belong to Congress. How can they complain that the money isn&#8217;t being spent fast enough when they are the ones who created the timetable?<br \/>\nAnd BTW, this was criticism of the plan at the time. They&#8217;re a little late getting a clue, huh?<br \/>\nUpdate: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.observer-reporter.com\/OR\/Story\/07-08-Murtha-call\">Here&#8217;s Murtha passing the buck<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Murtha admitted that it&#8217;s been several months since the package was approved and &#8220;we haven&#8217;t seen any results.&#8221; He said Rendell wants to make sure the money goes to the right place.<br \/>\nMurtha said he would not have created the stimulus package the way President Barack Obama designed it.
