Sarah here, for the last time. Yes, you shall all be rid of me because my mom is coming home!!!!!! Yea!!! So she was feeling better, obviously, she was eating solid foods, getting up and walking around by herself, and was feeling much stronger. She was off the iv and the doctor said she could come home, so she is tonight. It’ll be great to have her home again. Thank you all for the prayer, it certainly did help, and all the encouragement, it is greatly appreciated. Well before I sign off I thought I’d leave you all with a poem I wrote.
\nHate knocked on the door one day,
\nLittle Innocence answered because everyone else was away.
\n“Hello,” said they. Innocence responded with “hi.”
\n“May we come in, we won’t do any harm,” they did lie.
\nInnocence, so naive, allowed them in to come,
\nHappy for a friend, unaware she would soon become glum.
\nAnger came too, a big fellow, tough and rude,
\nHe pushed Innocence aside and called her a prude.
\nIn the house of my heart they now did reside,
\nThey were soon joined by Envy, Greed, and Pride.
\nA party they did have, trashing everything in sight,
\nDestroying everything with all their might.
\nChaos and havoc followed fast,
\nIt increased when Sin arrived last.
\nIf Innocence was before in trouble,
\nnow Innocence was in double.
\nWhen all hope seemed gone and away,
\nAnd all Innocence could do was pray
\nIn entered Faith, Hope, Joy, and Love
\nCertainly a gift from above.
\nThey fought the evil six hard and true,
\nBut Sin was too powerful, what were they to do?
\nShining like a beacon, burning bright
\nThe Holy Spirit came to fight.
\nWith him at their side, the wonderful six won
\nThey rejoiced as the Holy Spirit burned like the sun.
\nThey banished the evil to the basement, never to return
\nHopefully a lesson they did learn.
\nThey cleaned up the house as nice as could be,
\nAt first glance you would never see,
\nNever see the evil that lurks in your heart and mine.
\nThis is Sarah-the sixteen year old, just to clear everything up- signing off for the last time (hopefully Mom will be back on tomorrow).
