What an amazing victory Tiger Woods had today<\/a>. I was able to watch it live, and boy, golf just doesn’t get any better than that!
\nI was however, rooting for the underdog, Rocco Mediate to win. He seemed so humble and unassuming and I think it would have been his first major PGA victory; and at 45 years old, that would have been monumental.
\nWhat made it so exciting was the sudden death match. This was after 90 holes of golf and then to go head to head, what pressure. Tiger was astounding coming off of his third knee surgery. I really thought that victory was out of his reach this time, that maybe, just maybe this time he wouldn’t win. But I was wrong.
\nEven if you are not a fan of golf, this was an historic win. Watching these two men duke it out at Torrey Pines was the stuff legends are made out of.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
