I paused the show just before the funeral and then went to make lunch. I was ranting to my husband (who is home from work because he hurt his back) that I couldn&#8217;t believe that they would kill off Booth, they took away my reason for watching the show. He had already seen the show so he knew that they hadn&#8217;t killed him off but he went along with it and said, &#8220;Maybe the actor wanted to do a movie&#8221; &#8220;But why didn&#8217;t he just film it during the strike?&#8221;&#8221;I don&#8217;t know.&#8221;I started the show again and noticed that Booth was one of the soldiers and I realized that he was still alive. Yeah!  But then the writers threw us another curve and Zach turned out to be Gormogon&#8217;s assistant. That was a surprise (sort of &#8212; people have been speculating for awhile that he was Gormogon). I guess letting the fans believe Booth was dead helped us to accept the fact that Zach was a killer. At least we still have Booth.I&#8217;m not too upset that Zach left the show, he was a little too weird. I hope that they replace him with someone who is a little more interesting. Like the guy who tried to replace him when he was in Iraq.
