Perhaps &#8216;Richelieu&#8217; is taking the heritage of his namesake to heart. Regardless, Fred took on Gov. Huckabee last night. Over the past nine months he has heavily criticized Senator McCain&#8217;s position on illegal immigration reform and other issues. If &#8216;Richelieu&#8217; wants to soak up imagined political intrigue, I hear the weather in Mena, Arkansas is great this time of year.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The idea that Thompson is a &#8220;stalking horse&#8221; is pretty silly, why would he go through all this effort just to get someone else elected? To be vice president? He gave up a potential commentary position with ABC and his gig on &#8220;Law and Order&#8221; to be number two? And why would McCain want another Senator as his running mate?
