Here<\/a> are pictures from the recent Beach Impeach which consists of activists forming the word “Impeach!” with their bodies. What the heck does this accomplish? Do they do it because it makes them feel like they’re doing something?
\nIt’s not surprising that those who wish to impeach Bush are reduced to forming letters with their bodies. Bush isn’t going to be impeached and even if they did something more productive like stage a sit-in in Pelosi’s office, they wouldn’t get what they wanted. Pelosi isn’t insane enough to start the proceedings and even if she were, there aren’t enough votes in the House to impeach him.
\nI can’t help but think about what these people are going to do when Bush is out of the White House. They will be losing their social events, what will they do with their life then? I guess they can continue protesting the war. It’s going to be weird seeing HillaryHilter signs at the rallies.<\/p>\n
