[<a href=\"http:\/\/media.washingtonpost.com\/wp-srv\/politics\/images\/phoneyfred_screenshot.jpg\">View an image of the Web site<\/a>]<\/p>\n<p>[&#8230;]<\/p>\n<p>Nowhere on the site does it indicate who is responsible for it.
