One on one<\/a>! Good for Huckabee, this is an excellent idea and I hope that Thompson takes him up on it. I was thinking that Huckabee’s candidacy lacked depth and this would be an excellent opportunity to judge if Huckabee really has thoughtful solutions to the problems that we face. (Huckabee is my fall back candidate if Thompson’s candidacy falls apart). It’s easy to give sound bite answers when you are only given a couple minutes to respond. Let’s see what these candidates are really made of and make them go one on one and prove that they are ready to take on Clinton. If Thompson isn’t able to debate Huckabee, then he isn’t ready for Clinton.
