\nWe don’t seem to have this problem in our church. Men volunteer to teach Sunday School, welcome visitors, to usher, to work with the youth, sing in the choir, and to do whatever needs to be done. I think that the reason we don’t have this problem is that are under the authority of ruling elders and by a teaching elder, our pastor. This is a male-dominated authority structure and I believe it might make men feel more welcomed.<\/p>\n
