He placed the TV set in the back of an unlocked car, took it to various seedy areas and left it unattended.  The only problem was he couldn&#8217;t get anyone to steal it no matter where he parked the car.  He even left it sitting in a bad neighborhood for 20 days but no one took it.<br \/>\nI guess he shouldn&#8217;t have been so cheap and used a plasma TV instead.  Why steal something that big and with such a low resell value?
