You have to have a plan, first of all, for the disarmament of the militia, and then the hope is that some people lay down their arms voluntarily.&#8221;<br \/>\nIf Hezbollah resists international demands to disarm, Rice said, &#8220;one would have to assume that there will be others who are willing to call Hezbollah what we are willing to call it, which is a terrorist organization.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><\/span>There is a UN resolution already for disarming Hezbollah and yet, no one did anything about it and now they have yet another empty resolution that no one will enforce.  Why bother? You might want to read it, you know the French on defense, they are usually quite amusing.
