Although she is not a Christian artist, Ingrid Michaelson is a very popular new artist with great lyrics and positive lyrics, something desperately needed today on the radio. Her focus is loving others and loving them right where they are. She has appeared on the CBS Early Show, Good Morning America, Rachel Ray and the Tonight Show. The intriguing thing about her is that she was the first unsigned artist to ever be selected for the honor of VH1?s “You Oughtta Know” artist.<\/p>\n

What I like about her is that she presents a clean message with positive lyrics – something our kids desperately need to hear. “The Way I Am” was featured in an Old Navy commercial and has since sold over 2.5 million downloads her album went platinum.
