Americans throw away around 120 pounds of food each month. <\/p>\n

Besides being an enormous waste of food, this reflects our general lack of understanding that most of the world’s people barely eat one meal a day. <\/p>\n

Those with no access to a regular food supply might not even eat 120 pounds of food in an entire month. In other words, we throw away more food than the world eats. <\/p>\n

Lots of us think about changing our lives. But the key is that we have to live ourselves into new ways of thinking. That means taking action now. You have to change your actions, because thinking about changing your actions doesn’t cut it. <\/p>\n
