Friends, we sorely underestimate the value and importance of prayer.
\nApart from God we can do nothing–nothing at all–to roll back the
\nviolence and oppression in our world. Whenever I am tempted to think
\nthat I accomplish anything in my own power, it is time to get on my
\nknees and thank God for His grace. As you pray, you’ll want to
\nspecifically remind God of His many promises to protect, defend, and
\ndeliver orphans from their trouble and distress. God’s heart is
\ndelighted when we pray the Word of God back to Him in our own words. Ask
\nGod to fulfill His promises to orphans, and to position you exactly in
\nthe spot where you can make the greatest difference.<\/p>\n

\nDeceit<\/strong><\/p>\n

Scenario:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Marina, from Priceless,
\nrepresents thousands of girls across the world.  Girls who have had all
\nhope stolen from them.  Girls who have spent their whole life in an
\norphanage and as early as fourteen years old they get kicked to the
\nstreets to fend for themselves.  Girls wondering where their next meal
\nis going to come from.  Girls spending cold nights dreaming of better
\nlife.  These girls are approached by nice looking men, the first person
\nwho has looked at them kindly in months.  The men tell the young girls
\neverything they want to hear.  They tell them that they will give them a
\npromising job.  The job will be an opportunity to nanny in a foreign
\ncountry making more money than the young girl ever dreamed possible.<\/p>\n

Imagine
\nyourself (or your daughter):<\/strong><\/p>\n

living on the streets. 
\nImagine the hopelessness of not having a job and living on the cold
\nstreets.  Imagine your dreams for a better life and what they would
\ninclude.  Imagine having no one to turn to for comfort or advice.  Now,
\nimagine yourself being approached with a job opportunity-one that sounds
\ntoo good to be true.  What do you have to lose? Maybe, just maybe, your
\nlife is going to turn around like you’ve always dreamed.
\nUnfortunately, this job is not a nanny or waitress job after all.  What
\nthese girls do not know is that they are going to be trafficked and
\nforced into a life of sexual slavery.<\/p>\n
