On October 21, I will be speaking at a special luncheon at the Together for Adoption conference in Phoenix, AZ. If you are involved in orphan ministry in any way, this is a truly valuable experience. (Keep reading to find out how to enter a giveaway for free books at Noel Piper’s blog!)<\/p>\n

This\u00a0special lunch<\/a>, hosted by\u00a0Children\u2019s Hope Chest<\/a>, will be held on\u00a0October 21-22 at the Together for Adoption conference in Phoenix<\/a>. This lunch will be held on Friday, October 21st, from 11:45 AM to 1:00 PM. The first 200 people to regsiter for this luncheon will receive a free copy of \u00a0Fields of the Fatherless<\/em>.\u00a0Register soon to reserve your spot<\/a>.<\/p>\n

I’ll be talking about the importance of the U.S. church mobilizing resources to care for orphans overseas.<\/p>\n

HopeChest has over 100 active projects where U.S. churches are partnering with local indigenous leaders and churches to care for orphans. <\/strong>These projects are transforming lives by empowering local leaders with input, resources, love, and tools from U.S. churches.<\/p>\n

This is a great way to get your church involved. <\/strong>Please consider the conference, and if you know someone going, pass along this great opportunity. The lunch is free, and the first 200 people get free books too.<\/p>\n

I’ll host a book signing event at the lunch as well.<\/p>\n

Later in the conference, I’ll speak on the “Plight of the Trafficked Orphan,” addressing the critical intersection of the commercial sex trade and the global orphan crisis.<\/p>\n
