Though no known antagonism towardminorities or expressions of racism on a personal level have ever beentolerated on our campus, we allowed institutional policies to remain in placethat were racially hurtful.&#8221;<o:p> <br \/><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><st1:place w:st=\"on\"><st1:placename w:st=\"on\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
