(Isaiah 55:2)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">The Bible is extremely practical in every area of life: work, finances, sex, health, you name it. This Scripture just about sums it up when it comes to what we eat. Why are we wasting so much money on junk food?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Does God care? You bet He does! He&#8217;s got all kinds of wisdom where gourmet cooking is concerned. (Where anything is concerned for that matter!) Let&#8217;s ask God for wisdom in the kitchen!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><em>&#8220;For God bought you with a high price. So you must honor God with your body.&#8221; (1 Corinthians 6:20)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><em>Father,<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><em>I have wasted so much money through the years on junk food. I&#8217;m done with that. From now on, I am determined to only buy food that will give me strength, not zap my strength! Teach me your wisdom regarding my health. Help me to stop craving sweets and empty calories, and help me to grow in my ability to cook healthy food and grow in my appetite for excellence. I want to desire Your delicacies<\/em><em>, Lord!
