(John 6:63)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><em><strong>These instructions are not empty words\u2014they are your LIFE! (Deuteronomy 32:47)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><em><strong> Listen carefully to my words.<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em><strong>Don\u2019t lose sight of them.<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em><strong> Let them penetrate deep into your heart,<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em><strong>for they bring LIFE to those who find them,<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em><strong> and healing to their whole body. (Proverbs 4:20-22)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">The kind of life God wants to give us \u2013 the life we receive when we live on His Word \u2013 is a life of absolute fullness. The Hebrew word \u00a0for life denotes an image\u00a0of a green tree. We want our lives to be fresh and green and fruitful, not dry and brittle. Jesus, after fasting 40 days in the desert, preparing for his ministry, said,\u00a0&#8220;People do not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.&#8221; (Matthew 4:4)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><em><strong>&#8220;My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life.&#8221; (John 10:10)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Who is\u00a0feeding your life? If it&#8217;s Jesus, and you are following His ways, you&#8217;re on the path to a rich and satisfying life. What are you digesting? If it&#8217;s the Word of God, you&#8217;re headed for supernatural joy that God has prepared for you. Hear the dinner bell?\u00a0Let&#8217;s eat!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><em>Father,<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><em>I open my up my heart to\u00a0your Word today. Open my ears and eyes to see and understand what you are saying to me. Your Word brings encouragement to my soul. Thank you, Jesus, that you are the Word of God. I receive your Spirit in my life today.
