If we follow Jesus, our Good Shepherd, we can expect goodness and unfailing love to catch up with us eventually.<\/p>\n<p class=\"line\">Paul tells us in Romans that our mouths determine the quality of life that stalks us. If our mouths are, &#8220;Foul&#8230;filled with lies&#8230;full of cursing and bitterness&#8221; then,\u00a0&#8220;Destruction and misery always follow&#8230;&#8221; (Romans 3:16)<\/p>\n<p class=\"line\">Look behind you. What do you see? If it&#8217;s not good and merciful, then make Jesus your Good Shepherd of your life. He will teach you how to create a life that yields good fruit, how to speak words that bring about blessing in your life and not disaster.<\/p>\n<p class=\"line\"><em>Father,<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"line\"><em>I yield to the Lordship of Jesus in my life. I make Him my leader and Lord. Create in me a clean heart and renew a right spirit within me.
