While it isn&#8217;t easy, it is easier than wallowing in the pain of unforgiveness. Neither is it isn&#8217;t optional. If we want to be forgiven by God, we must take this step. You and\u00a0I are not\u00a0exceptions to this rule. When God says\u00a0<em>anyone,<\/em> He means\u00a0<em>anyone&#8230;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Are you facing closed doors, dead ends, and seasons of dry famine, spiritually, relationally, or any way? <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Do a forgiveness audit.<\/span> Is there anyone in the world that you would not be able to embrace if they walked through the door today? Let it go! God will help you. Take the courageous step to forgive your oppressors, tormentors, enemies, relatives, co-workers, employers, employees, schoolmates, x&#8217;es, spouse, children, ancestors, pastors, teachers, leaders, professors, housekeepers, parents, shopkeepers&#8230; you get the idea. As hard as it is (it\u00a0just\u00a0doesn&#8217;t feel <em>just),\u00a0<\/em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">do it anyway<\/span>, and watch the freedom and joy that&#8217;s been missing\u00a0make a come-back\u00a0in your heart and soul.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong><em>Father,<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong><em>You&#8217;ve told me to forgive. I can&#8217;t do this without your help. I&#8217;m trusting you to help me as I take this\u00a0step today. Lord, I forgive every person that has hurt, harmed, bruised, pained, persecuted, traumatized, ruined, wronged, wounded, and distressed me. I release them to you and I release myself from the burden and responsibility of their sin. I&#8217;m Yours. And I come to You with no chains\u00a0of unforgiveness binding me to any person living or dead. I set them free, and in so doing I set myself free. I speak the words Jesus spoke with His dying breath, &#8220;Father, forgive them, for they don&#8217;t know what they are doing.&#8221; Thank you for setting me free and for forgiving me and hearing my prayers.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong><em>In Jesus&#8217; Name, Amen.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>&#8220;&#8230;And forgive us our sins, as we have forgiven those who sin against us.&#8221; Matthew 6:12<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>\u201cThat\u2019s what my heavenly Father will do to you if you refuse to forgive your brothers and sisters from your heart.\u201d Matthew 18:35<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>&#8220;Forgive others, and you will be forgiven.&#8221; Luke 6:37<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Jesus said, \u201cFather, forgive them, for they don\u2019t know what they are doing.\u201d Luke 23:34<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>&#8220;Make allowance for each other\u2019s faults, and forgive anyone who offends you.
